30-day returns
Changed your mind? Return unworn items with tags in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us at hello@warmkind.co.uk to start a return.
Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of delivery. Faulty items are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.
